The team at Satash Community Care is diverse - bringing a breadth and depth of experience, knowledge, passion and skills that ensure people with learning disabilities have the same opportunities as anybody else. Their dedication will ensure that all needs are fully met fully and provide the very highest levels of care and support. The team focuses on developing standards of excellence and applying them for the comfort and wellbeing of each service user.

Every member of the team gores through full pre-employment DBS checks to ensure that service users are protected and safe at all times.

Satash Community Care is committed to the Investors in People Award and to the professional development, training and career progression of all staff. Service users will be consulted and invited on the interview panel when recruiting new staff, because selecting the right staff and equipping them with the skills and tools they need to do their job is vital to our service.

All team members are actively encouraged to always find the best solutions, work within best practices and share their ideas with others in the company - with the success, commitment and dedication shown by staff celebrated. Staff member of the month schemes are run, as well as annual rewards, to encourage excellence.

Satash has achieved a National Award, an Accolade for best employers of (under 250 staff) hosted by Skills for Care. This award is the “Oscars” of social care.
