All our staff team will have full pre-employment checks (DBS) to ensure that our service users are protected and safe at all times. Our staff team will focus on developing standards of excellence and applying them for the comfort and well being of each service user. The organisation is committed to the Investors in People Award and our personnel supporting their professional development, training and career progression. Our service users will be consulted and invited on the interview panel when recruiting new staff. We understand that selecting the right staff and equipping them with the skills and tools they need to do their job is vital.
